PTBI invites you to share in a rich community of faith. Program Methodology To provide quality continuing education amid the growing constraints of time and money, as well as the demands of ministry, PTBI offers the following flexible "multi-track" educational program. Traditional Track - Conventional Classroom method. Classes meet day or night at the local church. Independent Study Track - Tutorial or correspondence (non-traditional) method. Intensive Seminar Track - A Saturday class with additional course requirements to be completed by the individual. This is our most schedule-sensitive program. These three tracks comprise the most progressive features of the Logos program. Not only can you provide your students with traditional classroom training, but you can also provide the options of professional intensive seminars and personally designed, individual study programs. By implementing all three tracks of learning, we will be able to offer the student the opportunity to carry a full compliment of courses within the context of their schedule. Thus, we will effectively remove most obstacles that prevent people from continuing to complete their educational goals. Benefits The benefits of the PTBI/Logos mission and methodology are summarized below.
The educational methodology of PTBI/Logos provides for the distinct educational needs of both the church and the individual. The unique, trans-denominational relationship of Logos to the local church extension campuses provides a means for unity and communion among all churches and participants without forfeiting the unique and diverse mission of each local church. |
